Driving down the highway

Miles and miles of open road
It's all you've ever known
Watching as the sun sets
Yet again alone

I want a girl to hold me
Someone to call my own
But my heart breaks too soon
As I work under the moon

Endless highways never end
Whatever miles I do
Can't find a love that'll stay
I'm always on the road

To be a delivery driver
Is to be king of the road
But from this fact I cannot hide
